1Who We Are
LexPK is a Pakistani legal intelligence platform accessible at new-lex-pink.vercel.app and via WhatsApp. We provide AI-powered legal information based on Pakistani law including the Pakistan Penal Code 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure 1898, Constitution of Pakistan 1973, and other applicable statutes.
LexPK is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are for informational purposes only. For official legal proceedings, please consult a qualified Pakistani lawyer.
2Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use LexPK:
- Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Chat History: Your legal queries and LexPK's responses are saved to provide conversation continuity.
- WhatsApp Number: If you use our WhatsApp bot (+923058337871), we receive your phone number and messages to provide legal responses.
- Usage Data: Basic usage patterns to improve the platform.
We do NOT collect: payment information, national ID numbers, sensitive personal documents, or location data.
3How We Use Your Information
- Provide AI-powered legal information in response to your queries
- Save your chat history so you can continue conversations
- Improve the accuracy and relevance of our legal responses
- Send you responses via WhatsApp when you message our bot
- Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
We do NOT use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or selling to data brokers.
4Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users only.
We retain your chat history for as long as you maintain an account. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5WhatsApp Bot Privacy
When you message our WhatsApp bot (+923058337871):
- Your message is processed by our AI system to generate a legal response
- Session memory resets when our server restarts — we do not store WhatsApp conversations permanently
- Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) processes messages per their own Privacy Policy
6Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase — authentication and database
- Groq API — AI language model (primary)
- Google Gemini API — AI language model (fallback)
- Meta WhatsApp Business API — WhatsApp messaging
- Vercel — web hosting
7Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdrawal: Withdraw consent by deleting your account
8Children's Privacy
LexPK is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor has provided personal information.
9Content & Data Ownership
LexPK distinguishes between two categories of content on the platform:
- LexPK's own data: AI-generated responses, drafting templates, glossary entries, how we've organized and indexed legal content, and the platform's design are the property of LexPK.
- Third-party / government data: Content sourced from outside repositories — such as legislation from PakistanCode.gov.pk, court records, or other government sources — is not LexPK's property. We do not claim authorship, ownership, or copyright over this third-party content; we index, link to, or reproduce it for reference purposes only, and the official source remains the authoritative version.
